Guided Meditation: Gratitude
Welcome to the third meditation for the Kamala Podcast. Congratulations on taking another step towards becoming your best self!! In this meditation we focus on clearing your mind, body and soul of any negative energy or thoughts and embrace gratitude and love instead.
Lie down comfortably, soften your eyes, and begin a journey of mindful breathing. As you inhale and exhale, you'll be guided to focus on different parts of your body, noticing how each area feels, and releasing tension. This meditation encourages awareness of your physical sensations and emotions, allowing a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
Kamala invites you to think of something you are grateful for in that moment, allowing this gratitude to fill your heart and influence your emotions. This journey explores the power of visualisation, helping you let go of negative thoughts and emotions, and replace them with warmth, joy, and love.
As the session concludes, you are reminded to carry this warm, loving energy with you, fostering positivity in all aspects of your life. Leave with a renewed sense of gratitude and self-connection, empowered to take this peaceful feeling into your day.
