This meditation encourages awareness of your physical sensations and emotions, allowing a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
Kamala invites you to think of something you are grateful for in that moment, allowing this gratitude to fill your heart and influence your emotions. This journey explores the power of visualisation, helping you let go of negative thoughts and emotions, and replace them with warmth, joy, and love.
